Our produce is sourced entirely from our local farmers markets such as Ruggles Farm Market. Our meat, never ground, never prepackaged, is prepared from scratch and sourced directly from our community butchers. Most of our packaging is recyclable and eco-friendly. We are confident you will be able to taste the extra care we place in what we serve you to, all day, everday.

We specialize in weddings, grad parties, birthdays, or special events.
We do not charge any additional fees for our mobile units and no sales tax. We do however require an 18% gratuity that will be added to the final bill.

Cooking instructions: place pans in oven on low for warming. Please keep cold items in a cooler or on ice. Shells have already been grilled but can be placed in a microwave for 30 seconds for warming.
Food cannot be left out for longer than two hours without proper temperature guidelines.
